Furnished Apartments

Our short-term apartments are fully furnished with equipped kitchen and linen & towels provided. Prices range from $700 - $3000 per week and include our agency fee. There is an 8.375% bed and breakfast tax for stays less than 7 days.

Reservations for short terms/relocation:
Once you choose an apartment we will send you an invoice and 2 pages of guest agreement. Please fill in your name and address, name of each traveler, your flight information, sign it and send it back to us. The reservation fee will be charged to your credit card or you might send it via PayPal or wire the amount into our bank account. The owner of the apartment will countersign and confirm the check in with you. The balance is due upon arrival in cash or traveler's checks directly to the owner. He hands you the keys, shows you around, and provides you with the latest to your neighborhood. Please schedule the check out with the owner by arrival as well. We always try to accomodate your schedule, however when the next guest arrives that day check out is 11am.

Check Out:
Time flies in New York and you have to return the apartment to the owner in the same condition you found it in. Linens and towels dropped off at the closest laundry for wash and fold (approx. $15). Please hand the paid for ticket to the owner with the keys by check out. Room cleaning is available for approx. $50.
