Our short-term apartments are fully furnished with equipped kitchen and linen & towels provided. Prices range from $700 - $3000 per week and include our agency fee. There is an 8.875% bed and breakfast tax for stays less than 7 days. Min 3 nights stay.

Reservations for short terms/relocation:
Once you choose an apartment we will send you an invoice and 2 pages of guest agreement. Please fill in your name and address, name of each traveler, your flight information, sign it and send it back to us. The security deposit will be on hold on credit card if provided, otherwise the owner will hold cash or traveller's check for that amount until check out. The reservation fee will be charged to your Master or Visa card or you might send it via PayPal or wire the amount into our bank account. The owner of the apartment will countersign and confirm the check in with you. The balance is due upon arrival in cash or traveler's checks directly to the owner. The owner will greet you at the apartment to hand you the keys, to show you around, and to provide you with the latest to your neighborhood. Please pay the specified amount for the cleaning fee as well, and schedule the check out with the owner. We always try to accomodate your schedule, however when the next guest arrives that day check out is 11am.

Cleaning fee for monthly rentals is $100.
That includes the laundry for the used bedding and towels.

Check Out:
Time flies in New York and you soon have to return the apartment back to the owner in a decent condition with garbage disposed as specified, dishes done and put away, and furniture in place.
